No connection - getting connected for the first time

Follow these steps if you've just been switched to Worldnet but are having trouble getting connected for the first time.

1. Check if you received a notification from Worldnet confirming that the broadband is ready. If you're not sure, please give us a call or open a support ticket via support form.
