- Direct Connection to ONT (10G Port)
- Have you connected your PC/laptop directly to the ONT port (10G)?
Note: Please ensure your device has a 2.5/5/10GbE Network Adapter. Avoid using your router for this connection.
- Use of CAT 6 or Higher Ethernet Cable
- Are you using a CAT 6 cable or higher for this connection?
Note: CAT 6 cables support speeds up to 10Gbps. Lower category cables, like CAT 5e (1Gbps) or CAT 5 (100Mbps), may limit your speed.
- Speedtest App Execution
- Did you open the Speedtest app on your PC/laptop?
- Click the Windows icon and type "store."
- Search for "Speedtest by Ookla" and open the app.
- Select the server Feenix Communication Limited and click Go.
