No internet connection on Router
Step-1. Connect the router to the active port on the ONT
(1) Turn off the modem (ONT)
Note that the modem means the Optical Network Terminal (ONT) device, known as a fibre box.
(2) Connect the active port on the modem (ONT) to the router's WAN port with an Ethernet cable.
Note that you need to confirm the active port from us.
(3) Turn on the modem (ONT), and then wait about 2 minutes for it to restart.
(4) Connect the power adapter to the router and turn on the router.
Step-2. Access the router
Option-1. Wired: Connect your computer to the router using an Ethernet cable and join the router's local area network (LAN) port. The computer must have an Ethernet port.
Option-2. Wireless: Find and select the WiFi network on your WiFi-enabled computer or mobile device. The default Wi-Fi name is shown on the router.
Step-3. Setup the router
(1) Open a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and type the default gateway IP address
Note that it depends on router brands, e.g. 192.168.1.1.
Note that the computer or mobile device you use should be connected to the router via Wired (LAN port) or Wireless (Wi-Fi).
(2) Enter the router admin username and password.
Note that the default username and password are admin/admin or password. Otherwise, you need to create it.
(3) Select Internet / WAN connection type: Dynamic, Automatic, DHCP IP or IPoE
(4) VLAN ID settings: NO VLAN / UNTAGGED
(5) DNS settings (optional): Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8 / Secondary DNS: 8.8.4.4
(6) WiFi (Wireless) settings: create your WiFi Name (SSID) and Password

Step-5. Test internet connection
