To proceed with address validation in a Chorus-serviced area, the following documents must be provided:

1. Photograph of the Letterbox

  • Take a clear photo of your property's letterbox.

  • Ensure the address or house number is clearly visible.


2. One of the following council-issued legal documents:

  1. Subdivision/Development Plan

  2. Company Website showing the business address

  3. Rates Information from your local council


Not Accepted:

  • Utility bills (e.g. power or broadband)

  • Tenancy or lease agreements

These documents are not accepted by Chorus for address validation purposes.
