Bouncing Email Resolution - How to Get Full Email Headers
How to Get Full Email Headers
Please follow the steps below depending on the email service you're using. Full email headers help us trace how and where the email delivery failed.
1. Gmail (Web)
Open the email (the bounce-back message).
Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the message.
Select “View original”.
A new tab will open showing the full headers and message body.
Copy everything and send it to us (e.g. by forwarding or pasting into an email).
2. Outlook (Desktop app)
Double-click the email to open it in a new window.
Go to File > Properties.
In the Internet headers section at the bottom, you'll see the full header.
Copy the contents and forward them to us.
3. Outlook Web (Outlook.com or OWA)
Open the email.
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top right corner.
Click “View message source”.
A new window will open with full headers and raw message.
Copy the full content and send it over.
4. Apple Mail (macOS)
Select the email.
In the menu bar, click View > Message > All Headers or Raw Source.
Copy the full contents and send them to us.
